Yes. This is normal. You can DL this stuff from adrive. I am testing adrive hosting server which is very attractive since it allows to store 50Go for free !!!
RS only allows 20Go for premium users.

Have you tried to download from Adrive?
It doew not dtart automatically and if you click the link to download, ti gives and error message
I did a test and adrive works but you have to click/follow several links before accessing to the download.

Maybe I've gone blind but I can;t see this option on the screen.
The only options I have are:
Download Page
Your download should start immediately.
If it does not start then click here to start download
It does not even let me regiter to the site unless I have I US address.
It works perfectly with Firefox/Mozilla browser version 2.0.0.11 (and probably versions above) under my Mac. I just did a other test. I don't have a PC to check this. But with the last version of Firefox for PC, it should also work.

It Does work with Mozilla Firefox for PC. It opens an extra window for the download. It seems to be slower than RS.
